Nationality: Chinese or Hong Kong preferred, Foreign national acceptable based on knowledge of China
- Job Location: Shanghai, China
- Must have an engineering Masters degree (e.g. Mechanical or Electrical engineering)
- Must be a LEED AP
- Must have LEED project experience (at least 1 COMPLETED project)
- Must be able to do energy modeling analysis for LEED (e.g. eQuest) and Daylighting simulations (e.g. Ecotect or Radiance)
- Must be able to do all other LEED related calculations & submission and use the LEED Online system well
- Must be able to conduct a sustainable design and engineering design review to check for LEED compliance
- Great working skill of AutoCAD
- Must be a motivated individual and true leader
- Wants a challange
- Basic English required
