FService Delivery Manager
at A leading BPO in India
Managing Service Delivery (BPO) of multiple Procurement Platform engagements
Managing the technical team of SAP Consultants and ensure proper maintenance of Procurement Platform (built on SAP)
Supervise / mentor Service Delivery Managers and ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with the internal / external stakeholders on day to day operations
Facilitate and ensure compliance of SLA and other set processes
Participate in external audits and team meetings
Work on customer feedback received in CSS
Manage issues escalated by Client
Suggest process improvements
Escalate issues to Platform Head as and when appropriate
Achieve SLA and individual targets
