Job Title: Consultant / Senior Consultant / Project Manager



Job Location: Bangalore for 20% of the time, US for 80% of the time



Domain: BFS only or multiple domain experience with Banking as one of them is also fine



Employment Status: Full time



Position Description for Consultant / Senior Consultant Role:-



Consultants work as contributing members of a team, or lead a team that strives to understand our client’s business needs and their implication on technology strategies and directions. Consultants have developed an understanding of Collabera’s technology assessment methodologies and frameworks and can apply these methodologies and frameworks to various client situations. Consultants have deep knowledge and skills in at least one key IT area such as IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture & related capabilities such as BI/DW and Application Architecture, Application Development, Program & Project Management or Outsourcing & Off-shoring



Key Responsibilities:-



· Meet with client and develop project questions, gain understanding of the client’s environment and assure that recommendations can be implemented.

· Meet with client & utilize Collabera’s assessment tools to gather data, validate and analyze data and develop recommendations related to IT efficiency and effectiveness.

· Perform analysis and develop client deliverables appropriate to the specific consulting engagement.

· With guidance from practice head or engagement lead, analyze findings and prepare written reports and recommendations

· Depending on project size, supervise other personnel, assign work, establish and maintain schedules, control project expenses and integrate individual work into a coherent and quality deliverable.

· Identify sales opportunities and leads, which may come from meetings, clients, other consultants, sales team, vendors & others.

· Assist in writing and presenting proposals to prospective clients



Ideal Candidates background:-

· 3 – 5 yrs for Consultant / Senior Consultant Role

· 8 – 11 yrs for Project Managers role

· Passed out from Premier Business Schools

· IT Consulting experience is mandatory

· Banking domain experience is preferable

· Good understanding of broad range of technologies

· Excellent understanding of IT and its business implications

· Suryeying and statistical analysis skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to analyze problems

· Use judgment effectively

· Made decisions

· Excellent listening skills

· Conflict resolution skills
