We are looking for Associate Consultants with 4+ years experience within Banking/FS and/or direct Consulting.

Generic Skills & Attributes:

Able to build rapid and effective business relationships both internally and with clients
Able to decompose problems and requirements into structured deliverables.
Possess excellent communication and presentation skills – communicating complex business issues in a logical and structured way.
Possess strong project management discipline – scope, risks and issues management and status reporting.
Flexibility – you will be required to travel within the UK, Europe and potentially the US and Asia.
Able to manage client expectations, resolve conflicts and escalate issues

Desirable

Have worked in a leading financial services company (either as an employee or consultant) and understand the front to back trading lifecycle and key control issues and risks associated with capital markets businesses
Understanding of the regulatory environment within financial services
Experience of System Migrations / Business Integration
Experience of change management programmes working alongside line staff running day-to-day operations
Understanding of financial control environments
Understanding of General Ledger / Finance systems implementations
Project management Qualification (Prince 2 Foundation or Practitioner or equivalent methodology)
