Director of Enterprise Consulting will be responsible for selling, project managing and delivering Ferrazzi Greenlight’s core product set, including diagnostics, consulting, training and executive coaching. Essential to success is the strong leadership of project teams. Mentoring and developing team members while providing quality control for deliverables will be required. High IQ and EQ are necessary to work closely with C-level Global 500 clients to transform sometimes ambiguous challenges and our corresponding solutions into real ROI. Role will contribute significantly to product strategy and provide thought leadership (IP development) in the company’s enterprise market. Based in LA, CA or NY, NY. Reports to a managing partner.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Advances existing client relationships and prospective ones, generating new and upsell engagement opportunities for the firm
• Significant solution architecture and proposal drafting, working with mainly standardized solutions, but also some variations
• Participate in the group’s strategic planning sessions as an experienced and innovative contributor
• Lead client delivery teams to develop innovative solutions to client problems by managing the process of translating research, analysis, and client solutions into highly effective sales decks, presentations, and documentation
• Set example of how to leverage FG frameworks to develop and sustain influential client relationships
• Create thought leadership and new product offerings
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
• 10+ years experience at a top consulting firm or marketing agency, with strong evidence of career progress and consulting skill mastery at those firms
• 2-3 years experience at a Big 5 consulting firm preferred, but not mandatory
• MBA from a leading business school preferred, but not mandatory
• Prior strategic account sales experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Creative business mind and effective problem solver, preferably with strong marketing and/or HR consulting skill-sets
• Motivated and diligent self starter with a track record of commercial success in both mature and entrepreneurial environments
• Ability to motivate, inspire and teach others to change their behavior
• Service and results orientation
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to lead consulting teams
• Relationship oriented and can interact successfully with all levels of management
• Superior written and oral communication skills; ability to tell the story and "lead the room" with executive presence
• Strong evidence of “stickiness” i.e. regarded as both likable and competent by prior clients
