The Position

We seek experienced and ambitious senior consultants who can participate in building and developing Valcon’s business in India.

You will be primary responsible for consulting delivery, but will also be involved in sales.

Primary focus areas: Manufacturing operations, supply chain and procurement

Qualifications
As senior consultant you will be responsible for sales and execution of projects in the business area you are assigned to. Specific tasks that you may need to undertake include:

• Create and build relations to customers
• Customer and sales responsibility, including tender and contract negotiations, etc.
• Project management
• Project deliveries

As an ideal candidate for Valcon, you may find yourself fit the following description.

• Is experienced in the role of a consultant and/or have extensive experience with production and supply chain management from previous roles as project manager or function manager in a company
• Have experience in the area of Lean, Six Sigma, BPR, TPM, etc.
• Have personal drive and wants the room and freedom to create concrete and solid results
• Understand the value of cooperation and to set ”the best team”
• Have empathy and business understanding enabling you to understand what the customers say – and can act accordingly
• Work in an outgoing and independent manner with and at our customers
• Are informal, have humour, energy and perspective
• Must have completed a full time MBA from tier 1 or tier 2 to B Schools.
• Work experience: Must have a relevant functional experience of at least 5 years

Compensation
Salary and employment are negotiated individually at an attractive level and with usual benefits. Furthermore you will participation in Valcon’s attractive bonus agreement.
