The Director, Strategy & Measurement leads the internal consulting team and is accountable for the development of the Corporate Communications Strategic Plan (vision, objectives, and strategies), marketing plans, and corresponding frameworks for implementation.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Measurement "evangelist" that ensures all corporate affairs strategies and tactics are aligned with strategic plan, that they are prioritized, and appropriately integrated.
Developing key initiatives and performance measures to support the overall corporate vision and business strategies/plans.
Developing and prioritizing key stakeholders with robust segmentation.
Developing metrics including benchmarking strategies to measure ConocoPhillips brand awareness and communications function to the market.
Although internal, this role is similar to a "McKinsey" consulting "Engagement Manager".

Basic Requirements:

Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
Bachelor's Degree.
10 years working experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, Brand Management or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in tier one management consulting firm such as BCG, McKinsey, Bain, or Booz Allen Hamilton.
Strong business acumen to include the ability to sift through large quantities of data to draw meaningful conclusions.
Preferably a strategic marketer.
15+ years working experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, and/or Brand Management.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and influence management skills.
MBA or Master's in related field from a top ten program.
Functional experience in areas of strategic planning and marketing, business and market development, market research and planning coupled with a proven record of success in the execution of these programs.
Experience identifying consumer needs, benchmarking brand preferences and analyzing data to develop actionable strategies.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Works well without direct supervision.
Ability to work in a collaborative manner with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional work ethic.
Adaptable and flexible to changing conditions.
Sound judgment
