Recruitment of CEO for Kamineni Hospital, Hyderabad

The spectrum is wide –ranging from providing Research facility of Genetic Disorder diagnosis to Liver/Kidney Transplant facility in addition to about 40 specialty and super specialty departments .
The CEO to be recruited should have had the experience of managing the full cycle of the present Hospital infrastructure . Minimum experience of 12 years to ensure that driving to the next level of healthcare excellence should be not told. Deploy the best of practice where credibility is never compromised.
Those interested would have to demonstrate the entrepreneurial skill of making the operation run smoothly with information and reporting system in place with least human intervention. Ensure feedback and self audit of all the departments are deployed to keep the team in a motivated mode.
The CEO shall have to take over the ownership and make a presentation to the core team of experts of the Kamineni Group and the external experts on the delivery of responsibility . Knowledge of the best Hospital practices has to be projected at the Pre Placement stage itself . The CEO is expected to not just retain but enhance the image of being the most preferred employer and the best place to work.
