Client is worlds No.2 in HR Consulting with existence across the globe. They have a captive Research Centre in Delhi/NCR.
This team provides a range of knowledge management and research services to search teams around the world to help them with business development efforts and execution of search assignments. These services vary from conducting analysis of companies and industries, analysis of Human Capital Trends, conducting surveys to verifying candidate information.
Role overview :
• The Researcher will partner with and assist the Leadership consulting practice team in all aspects of the leadership consulting related research spanning multiple industries, including: business development research; strategy research, managing the execution of research; analyzing assessment interviews; and drafting presentations/reports.
• Continuously gather and disseminate research and information from various sources to gain a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace, our Clients and their industries.
• Assist team in Client deliverables, which includes writing executive assessment summaries, research on business issues like strategic and organizational alignment, talent management practices, organization designs, M&A and integration support, business potential strategies, theme or topic-based research, etc.
• Providing research support for white papers, thought leadership issues on Leadership and related topics
• Assist team in pursuing business development opportunities by researching on business potential opportunities with existing and potential Clients
• Assist the Research Manager in producing and maintaining relevant MIS for the leadership consulting practice at KMC
• Comfortable and competent using technology in a business setting, excellent power-point and report structuring skills and familiarity with various business management concepts and models – such as BPR, Knowledge Management, SWOT, BCG Matrix, PEST, Porter’s Five Forces Model, etc.
