Job Title Director, Private Equity (Strategic Execution)

Position Overview
Our client, a large and active private equity player with the Canadian and International marketplace, is seeking a nimble minded innovator to join their strategic execution team.
In this role, you will utilize your strategic consulting expertise to work with an array of portfolio companies post-acquisition to improve their business practices and financial value. This will involve working closely with the team’s investment arm as well as the operating businesses’ senior management and board members. Mentoring a team, you will initiate detailed strategic assessments to create and implement strategic and production plans, as well as cost and process optimization to secure continued value in the business.
This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with solid strategic consulting expertise and some operations exposure honed with a top-tier Canadian or International consulting firm. In this role, you will have the ability to develop strategic initiatives and execute these endeavors on an operational level. You will have the opportunity to join a team of superlative and driven individuals. Travel is minimal, mobility is merit based and our client’s compensation is very competitive.
