FDirector or Senior Manager, Customer Business Transformation - U.S. Based

Cisco has an open position for a Senior Manager in its Customer Business Transformation consulting team (CBT). CBT is a selective, high performing group of professionals with a common management consulting background with a diverse set of industry experiences. It is based in the US, and benefits from a very international team composition. The CBT team is a close knit group part of the Market Development organization. CBT has three main roles:
a) Engage with top Cisco clients in a pro-bono consulting service to major Cisco clients focus on identifying, qualifying and quantifying tangible business value creating opportunities enabled by Collaboration Technologies.
b) Engage internally on strategic initiatives in the product development organization to identify new business opportunities, as well as product innovations that create substantial business value to clients
c) Shape the industry understanding of the tangible value of collaboration technologies at highly visible, major industry events, new product introductions and analyst roundtables
The professional requirements for this position are:
- Engagement Manager or Senior Engagement manager position in prime management consulting, (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc)
- Key contributor to thought leadership in high technology or business technology practice.
- 2-4 years of experience in the technology industry prior to consulting
- MBA or equivalent from top university
- High energy and self motivated individual
- Product management experience in the software industry preferred
