Candidate will initially work from home. All infrastructure cost will be provided for.
Timings: 4 PM - 12 AM (IST)
Candidate needs to have the following:
• Experience in dealing with Clients for new business, strong negotiating skills for the optimum deals, excellence in maintaining customer relations, handling Business development life cycle.
• Overall responsibility for developing corporate clients and generation of business through new
and existing clients.
• Strong cold calling skills to develop a relationship from scratch, ability to self-manage, strong
problem solving skills. Ability to deal directly and successfully, with various levels of technical
and non-technical management team.
• Handling Client Complaints & Queries, Maximizing Business.
• Making new business concepts & ideas, planning, and supervising work flow of the team.
• Working on feed back of Clients in order to check service excellence level which would further
enhance them to reach their higher level.
• Understanding the requirements of the client & partners through discussion, internet research
and existing set-up procedures.
• Liaising & coordination with corporate
• Understanding the sourcing needs of the clients and fulfilling them.
• Effective in developing new business and establishing business relationships with prospective
candidates, employees and decision makers at all levels
• Allocating requirements to the team members based on the various criteria.
• Possessing a highly professional approach.
• Strategic planning, organizational development, sales management.
• Successful in communicating with people at all levels and with other departments as needed to
best serve the client’s needs.
• Excellent Oral, written skills
• Manage product sales growth, individual sales effectiveness and account base by reviewing
sales activity schedule.
• Establishing long-range objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them.
• Proficient with internet based recruiting search engines, MS-Outlook, Excel, WORD
