Position: Senior Associate
Location: Hyderabad, India

Experience/ Education:
• 2-4 years as a team member in a boutique consulting environment;
• MBA from a premier B-School.

Skills:
• Ability to analyse, structure and execute project requirements;
• Ability to manage relationships with clients in order to fulfill project objectives;
• Outstanding teamwork and management skills;
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Job responsibilities:
• Analyse, structure and plan project requirements;
• Interact with clients to understand project deliverables;
• Deliver and manage independent and inter-dependent project workstreams in line with company standards;
• Maintain client relationships at relevant levels to ensure smooth completion of task at hand;
• Support Business development;
• Contribute to assetizing knowledge gained through projects, and to institutionalize it;
• Undertake relevant national and international field travel as and when required.
