Focus areas include: mix improvement, price/yield improvement, reduction in slow and obsolete inventory, and cost improvement.&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&#10;&#9;&lt;p&gt;Specific responsibilities include:&lt;br /&gt;&#10;• Develop and maintain roadmaps showing progress vs. goals for all product lines related to price, cost, mix, and inventory improvement metrics &lt;/p&gt;&#10;&#10;&#9;&lt;p&gt;• Aggregate product roadmaps into a program view and share on a  monthly and quarterly basis with program sponsors and corporate executives. Highlight issues/roadblocks. Establish priorities to ensure the project pipeline is strong and that large, individual projects are on schedule and will deliver the promised financial benefits&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&#10;&#9;&lt;p&gt;• Schedule and conduct core team and product manager meetings &amp;#8212; share actions from executive reviews.
